Call Template if you are a documented Dreamer

My name is __________ and I live in __state___. I am calling as a constituent who would benefit from a change in the proposed Dream Act of 2021 (S.264). Currently, the Dream Act of 2021 (S.264) allows for a pathway to citizenship for children who grew up in the United States. However, the language excludes children who grew up with a legal status. This means it excludes children, like myself, who grew up here with a documented status, only because we maintained status. Ironically, had I lost status, I would qualify. I am one of the 200,000 Documented Dreamers in this situation and we are facing self-deportation from the only home we have ever known. This change has bipartisan support, as indicated by our inclusion in multiple Republican-led Dreamer bills in the past and also the recently passed Dream and Promise Act (HR.6). I support Dreamers, but I would like to ask Senator _______ to make sure the Senate Dream Act and any new Dreamer bill includes the children of legal immigrants, like myself. Senator__________ can help us by asking Senator Durbin and Senator Graham's staff to support the inclusion of documented Dreamers in any Dreamer bill. If you have more questions about this issue, there is more information available at this website: ImproveTheDream.org. Thank you!
